Zone Rallies Fall & Spring The Fall and Spring Zone Rallies are an opportunity for members of each zone to get together to learn more about CKI. DCON 2005 March 18-20 Radisson Resort at the Port Cape Canaveral, FL District Convention is DCON. This convention marks the end of one CKI year and the beginning of the next, as new district officers are elected and installed. The district convention celebrates the accomplishments of clubs around the district through awards that recognize outstanding projects, accomplishments, and individuals.
